One record for every customer, and nothing falling through.
By answering every lead fast, keeping one clean record per customer and following up on a schedule you set, we help small and mid-size businesses keep the customers they already paid to win.
Eight services, in the order a customer meets them.
A customer calls, gets a quote, buys, and either comes back or drifts away. Each stage has its own leak. Most owners start with the one that costs them the most this month.
Catch the lead
"Someone called while I was on a job."
Keep the record straight
"The same customer is in there three times."
Bring them back
"Good customers just stopped ordering."
Everything writes to one customer record.
The services are separate jobs, but they share one record. A missed call, a won quote, a review and a quiet spell all land on the same customer, so the next person to pick up the phone sees the whole story.
A web form, answered in a minute.
A short film of one lead: a text goes out straight away, a visit is booked, the job is won and a review request follows, all on one customer record.
What we built, and how it is put together.

A CRM sync with an audit trail: 324 of 325 practices, 3,244 field writes, zero overwritten
A read-only client to look, one writer that runs as a dry run until told otherwise, phone numbers as the match key, and a log line for every field it changed.

Before you hand over the customer list.

We already pay for a CRM nobody uses. Do we start over?
Almost never. The dental lab we worked with already had GoHighLevel. We loaded its history into the account it had, with a log of every field we touched. Switching is a last resort, and we put the reasons in writing first.
Which CRMs do you work in?
Our deepest work is in GoHighLevel, through its API. We can also set up HubSpot and similar tools, and for very small teams a well-built Google Sheet is sometimes the honest answer.
Who can see our customer data while you work?
Only the two of us, through our own logins that you can remove. We ask for the narrowest access the job needs. On the lab's account, our token could read and update contacts, but could not send a message, start a workflow or move money.
Do you send campaigns for us?
We set up the lists, the sending rules and the messages, and you approve every send. We do not buy lists, and we do not message people who never gave you their details.
Show us where customers slip away. We'll show you the first fix.
The first call is free. You leave with a written next step, even if it is "your CRM is fine".
