Two kids in Miami

We met at summer camp and have been friends ever since. Felipe was born in the Netherlands, spent a year in Brazil and grew up in Miami. Reggie is Miami through and through. One of us loves math, complicated situations and philosophy; the other lives in systems, code and AI. Put together, that turned out to be useful.

After the shift

Our first jobs were bussing tables at a restaurant on Miami Beach. From the floor you see how a busy business really runs: the rush, the orders, the things that fall through because everyone is moving too fast to fix them. After shifts we would sit and talk about what we would build.

The question we kept asking each other was "What's the move?" That question became the name. The mark is an M drawn as an infinity sign: change is fast, so we keep moving.

Walking in

We tried writing to businesses first. What worked was walking in, door to door, and asking owners what slowed them down. We still start that way: a conversation at the counter, before anyone talks about software.

A dental lab, one invoice at a time

A friend's family runs a dental lab in North Miami Beach, open since 1986. We spent days there watching the work. One woman was so buried in it she could barely stop to talk to us. She printed every invoice, then typed the dentist's name and address into the courier's website, by hand, for every case. Two earlier fixes had been tried and dropped, because each one added a step to her day.

So we set one rule: the fix has to remove a step. LabelBot watches for the invoice she already prints, reads it, and prints the shipping label next to it. We ran it beside the old way on real invoices before switching it on, and it has been live since September 2026.

"Instead of typing the same stuff twice, it's only typed once."

Once labels were solved, the lab brought us the next slow steps: its customer records, a new website, and an online store for its sister supply company.

One more door

After a long day of walking into businesses, we sat down at a kava bar to regroup and said: why not one more? Next door was a sign and print shop whose quotes all started with a phone call. Today its customers build their own quote online, in English or Spanish, with their artwork attached. The site went live in September 2026, and we still look after it every month.

MUVES LLC

We made it official in September 2026. We work with a dental lab, its supply company and a sign shop, and we run our own company on MUVES OS, a system we built so the routine work gets done and a person checks it. Two founders, three clients, and a long list of slow steps still to fix.

Your business could be the next chapter.
