How we work

Every project, the same six moves.

From the first visit to the last fix, you always know what happens next and who is doing it.

The six moves. Most clients loop back to the first one: once a slow step is gone, the next one becomes visible.

What each move means

A shop counter with a notebook open to a hand-drawn map of the day's steps, one step circled, and a stool pulled up beside it.

1. We show up

In person at your counter, or on a call. We ask what slows you down, not which software you want.

2. We sit in the work

We watch a normal day and write down every step: where things are typed twice, where calls go unanswered, where someone waits on someone else.

3. We check it can be done

Before we promise anything, we test the tools and connections we would need, and tell you what will not work.

4. We decide it with you

You get a preliminary plan in plain words: what we would build, in what order, and what we need from you. You make the calls that matter.

5. We build and test on real work

Built in short steps you can see, then run beside your old way on real paperwork before it takes over. If it does not match, it does not switch on.

6. We stay

We train your team on real work, leave short how-to guides, and stay a call away. Then we usually find the next slow step together.

What you can count on

Before anything

A free first conversation

And a preliminary plan you can read in a few minutes, so you know what you would be agreeing to.

Ownership

You own it

Accounts, domains, data and code in your name. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still hold the keys.

Before it takes over

Tested on your real work

Every automation runs beside the old way first. How a shadow run works.

Questions owners ask

How much does a project cost?

We do not publish prices, because two projects with the same name can be very different in size. What moves the cost is how many tools have to be connected, how much is built from scratch rather than set up, how much existing data needs cleaning, and how much testing it needs before it is safe to switch on. After the free first conversation we send a preliminary plan that spells out what is in it, so you can decide before any work starts.

Do we have to switch software?

Usually not. We start from the tools you already use and connect them. If something truly does not fit, we explain why and suggest options, and you choose.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Your domain, your accounts, your code and your content stay in your name.

What do you need from us?

An hour or two with the person who does the work today, so we see the real steps. Access to the accounts involved, set up so we have our own login rather than borrowing yours. And a few real examples to test with: invoices, quotes, emails or call notes.

Do you work outside Miami?

Yes. We meet South Florida businesses in person and work with businesses anywhere in the US by video call.

Not sure where to start? Neither were our clients.

Tell us which step eats your week. You leave the first call with a clear next step either way.
