Your site, checked every month and changed without breaking.
Sites rarely fail all at once. A form stops sending, holiday hours go stale, an update breaks a menu. Care is a monthly habit that catches those things and handles your small changes safely.
What happens, week by week.
The rhythm we aim for. Urgent problems don't wait for their week.
- Week 1: Health checks
- Site loads on phone and laptop
- Forms send to the right inbox
- Certificate and security headers in place
- Cookie choice still works both ways
- Week 2: Your changes
- Requests collected and confirmed
- Each one made through the change protocol
- You get a link to look before it goes live
- Week 3: Facts and freshness
- Hours, prices and photos still true
- Holiday hours set ahead of time
- Listings still match the site
- Week 4: A short note
- What changed this month
- Anything we saw that needs a decision
- What we suggest next, if anything
Every change takes the same path, however small.
A written protocol and a check script, so changes don't depend on someone remembering every step.
A sign shop's site, on care since October 2026.
Conception Design's bilingual site went live in September 2026. Soon after launch we added a written change protocol and a check script to the project, so any change runs the same checks before it ships, and any release on Netlify can be rolled back in seconds. Monthly care started in October.
Where the line usually falls.
The exact line is written into your plan before care starts.

| Request | Care | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Hours, prices, photos, a new team member | Included | Small edits are what care is for |
| A new page in the existing layout | Usually included | If it uses parts the site already has |
| Fixing something that broke | Included | Including things a host or browser update broke |
| A new feature, like a store or a quote builder | Separate project | Scoped and agreed in writing first |
| A redesign | Separate project | Starts with an audit |
Owners who would rather not think about the website.

About ongoing care.
How do we ask for a change?
Send it the way you normally talk to us: an email, a text, a voice note. We confirm what we understood, make it, check it and tell you when it is live.
What if a change breaks something?
We roll back to the version before it, which takes seconds on hosts like Netlify, then fix the change properly and publish it again.
Can you look after a site you didn't build?
Yes, after an audit. We need to know what is there before we promise to keep it running.
What happens if we stop care?
You keep the site and every login. We leave a short note of where things stand, so whoever looks after it next can start quickly.
Who updates your site today? If the answer is "nobody", we should talk.
The first call is free. Bring the last three things you wanted to change.
