Every call answered. Every job written down.
Home service work happens in the truck: a tech on a roof or under a sink while the phone rings, a dispatcher rebuilding the board, quotes written at night. Many shops run on Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, and the first heat wave or the first freeze floods all of it at once.

AI agents, at work.
A Tuesday in July at a six-truck shop.
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, pest, pool and garage doors all live some version of this day.
| Time | What happens | Where it slips |
|---|---|---|
| 7:00 | Trucks roll. Two voicemails came in overnight. | One caller had a leak and already booked someone else. |
| 9:30 | "When will the tech get here?" | The dispatcher stops scheduling to answer the same question again. |
| 11:00 | The tech finds a failed compressor, not a clogged filter. | The price is agreed in the driveway, with nothing in writing. |
| 13:00 | Three calls while everyone is on a job. | Nobody picks up and nobody texts back. |
| 16:30 | Jobs done; photos sit in the tech's camera roll. | The invoice waits for the office, and so does the payment. |
| 21:00 | The owner writes tomorrow's quotes at the kitchen table. | Last week's quotes still haven't had a follow-up. |
One fix for each row of that day.

The same Tuesday, rebuilt.
- The overnight leakThe overnight leak caller got an answer at 2am, a slot at 8, and is first on the board.
- A quiet 9:30Customers get an on-my-way text, so the 9:30 calls don't happen.
- The quote, approvedThe compressor quote goes from the tech's phone to the customer's, and comes back approved.
- Missed calls, ownedMidday missed calls get a text back and sit on one list until someone owns them.
- Closed in the truckThe job closes in the truck, the invoice goes out, and the owner's evening is free.
A sign shop's quote builder and a lab's one-label rule.

We haven't built for a plumbing or HVAC company yet. The quote builder for Conception Design, a sign and print shop, collects what, how big, how many and a file, then shows a recap, so the shop gets a complete request. For a home service job it becomes: which unit, what's wrong, a photo of the model plate.
At a dental lab, LabelBot looks up its ledger before it creates anything, so a reprint never becomes a second shipment. We'd build the same rule in here: a customer who submits the form twice gets one job, not two trucks.
From shop owners.
Will this work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
Usually, yes. We connect through the software's own integrations where they exist and keep it as the place jobs live. If a connection isn't possible, we say so before you commit.
Do you make AI cold calls to fill our schedule?
No. We don't do AI cold calling. Calls and texts go only to people who asked to hear from you, like past customers who opted in to tune-up reminders. Calling rules vary by state; this is not legal advice.
Before the next heat wave, fix the missed call.
The first call is free. Tell us what happens to a call nobody answers today.
