Seven practices. Fifty-eight things we build.

By building the agents, automations, customer systems, software, reports and websites a company runs on, and by helping owners decide what is worth building at all, we help small and mid-size businesses stop doing by hand what a system could do for them.

Every service, filed under the practice it belongs to.

Each practice has an overview page. Each service under it has a page of its own: what you get, how it is usually built, where it fits and an example. Most projects draw on two or three practices at once.

AI agents & assistants

Assistants that pick up the phone, answer chat and WhatsApp, read your documents and draft routine work. They answer from information you approved and hand off to a person when they should.

Built in-house: MUVES OS, 34 agents in 9 departments, and a voice assistant you can interrupt.

Automation & workflows

The copy and paste between your tools, done by the tools. Invoices turn into shipping labels, email gets filed, reminders go out, and every step is built so it cannot fire twice.

Client work: LabelBot turns a dental lab's printed invoice into a courier label. 628 labels so far, built with 130 automated tests.

CRM & customer systems

One clean record per customer, a pipeline that matches how you actually sell, and follow-ups that do not depend on somebody remembering on a Friday afternoon.

Client work: 324 practice records synced into a CRM, 3,244 field updates, zero values overwritten.

Custom software & operating systems

When off-the-shelf software does not fit the way the business runs, we build the screen, portal, tracker or workbook that does, in your name and on accounts you own.

Built in-house: books that check themselves on Google Sheets and Apps Script, and the operating system our own company runs on.

Data & reporting

Reports that arrive before you ask for them, analysis of who keeps buying and who has gone quiet, and records in different systems that finally agree with each other.

Client work: 25,336 dental lab cases analysed so each customer is measured against its own ordering rhythm, not one fixed rule. See the records project.

Websites & commerce

Fast sites that quote, book and sell, in one language or two. When we rebuild, every old address keeps working, so nothing you shared over the years breaks.

Client work: a bilingual site with a guided quote builder for a sign and print shop, live since September 2026.

Strategy & consulting

Advice before anything gets built: what to keep, what to connect, what AI should and should not touch, and whether an idea is worth building at all.

Built in-house first: our own Google Workspace, with DKIM signing and two-step login enforced on every account.

From the first call to something that runs on its own.

The same five moves sit under every practice. You can stop after any of them.

  1. A free first conversation

You tell us which step eats the week. We ask how the work moves today and which tools it touches.

  2. A preliminary plan

A short written plan, also free: what we would build first, what we would leave alone, and what we would need from you.

  3. Build on your accounts

Everything is set up in your company's name. Logins, code and data stay yours.

  4. Run it beside the old way

New automations shadow the manual process on real paperwork before anyone relies on them.

  5. Keep it running

If you want us to, we stay on: watching what we built and changing it as the business changes.

It has to remove a step

Two earlier fixes at a dental lab failed because each added work for staff. Every automation we ship takes a step away.

A person stays in charge

Agents draft, sort and suggest. What reaches a customer goes through the approval you decide on.

Plain language

Plans, findings and handovers are written for the owner, not for another engineer.

Not sure which practice you need? Start with the step that eats your week.

Describe it on a free call. You leave with a preliminary plan, whichever of the 58 services it points to, or none.
