How we use AI

A person in charge, every time.

We use AI for the copying, sorting and drafting. These are the rules we follow, for our own company and for every system we build for you.

Who does what

The split we start every project with. A job moves to the left column only when you decide it has earned it.

Business accounts only

We use business plans of tools like Claude and ChatGPT, which by their terms do not train on your data. The account belongs to your business, so your team's work stays in one place you control.

The least data the task needs

The AI gets only what a task needs. Payment details and health information stay out unless the tool and the vendor agreement are built for them. At the dental lab, shipping labels carry an invoice number instead of a patient's name.

Drafts by default

Anything that reaches a customer is either approved by a person or limited to answers you wrote in advance. Before launch, we show you in writing what the AI can see and what it can do.

It says what it is, and when it does not know

A phone or chat assistant says it is an assistant. It answers only from information you approved, and when the answer is not there, it says so and takes a message instead of guessing.

Calls and recordings

We only build AI calls to people who asked to hear from you: reminders, "your order is ready", follow-ups on a quote they requested. We do not do AI cold calling. Calls made with an AI voice need the person's consent first under federal rules, so calling strangers is off the table. Calls are recorded only with consent; Florida requires everyone on the call to agree, so a recorded line says so at the start. WhatsApp assistants run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform only.

We run our company the same way

MUVES OS, the system we run MUVES on, puts 34 AI agents behind one assistant, and these rules are written into its code, not just its prompts.

  • Nothing sent on its ownDrafts stop with a person.
  • No fake dataAn empty screen says what it is waiting for.
  • Every model choice loggedWith its reason, so a wrong turn can be traced.
  • A monitor with no AI in itIt checks the agents with plain rules.
