Stop taking orders over the phone.

A small store inside the site you already have: your products side by side, a cart, a delivery estimate and a checkout run by the payment company, so card numbers never touch your pages.

From product to paid, in five screens.

The path we built for a dental supply company's bur kits. Most small catalogs need nothing more.

The checkout path. The store lives on your site; the payment happens on Stripe's hosted page; the order reaches you by email, with a text alert if you want one, sent through your CRM, Zapier or Make.

Six things we close out before checkout switches on.

The policy checklist is for your lawyer to review. We don't write legal terms.

  1. Payment account in your name

Stripe or another provider, verified by you, paying out to your bank

  2. Full test run

add to cart, estimate, checkout, order email, all against a stand-in first

  3. A refund rehearsed

so the first real refund is not the first time anyone tries it

  4. Shipping and pickup rules

written down, then shown at the cart, not discovered at the door

  5. Policy checklist for your lawyer

what your privacy and terms pages must cover, marked law, provider rule or good practice

  6. Who gets told

the inbox or phone that hears about each paid order

Dental offices used to phone in their kit orders. The store puts the five kits side by side and sends each paid order to the seller as one email. It was tested end to end against a local stand-in for Stripe. It is built, and launching once payments are set up. See how the store is put together.

Selling on a marketplace as well? We have done this research before a listing: what the category requires, which facts decide whether a registration applies, and how products meant for professionals are listed. You get it in plain language with the questions only you can answer marked. It is research, not legal advice.

About selling online.

Why doesn't the checkout offer PayPal?

If you check out through Stripe as a US business, Stripe does not offer PayPal as a payment method. If PayPal matters to your customers, we plan the checkout around a provider that supports it.

Do we need Shopify?

Not for a handful of products. A small store can live inside your current site with a hosted checkout. Once you have a large catalog, variants and stock across channels, a platform like Shopify starts to earn its fee.

Who handles sales tax and refunds?

You decide the rules and your accountant confirms them. We set the store up to follow them and test a refund before launch, but we don't give tax advice.

Can customers get an estimate of when the order arrives?

Yes. The dental supply store asks for a ZIP code on the first visit and shows a delivery estimate from it. The rules behind the estimate are yours.
